IDEATION
Through and through, I'm a creative. Finding new ways to solve old problems, and seeing things come to life from a thought or idea simply makes me happy.
Storytelling
Communication is key. Conducting research for future projects, reading, writing, and expressing ideas so that others can enjoy and understand them has always been a strength of mine.
DESIGN
It's not about being perfect, but instead creating something different. I have an eye for attention to detail which has helped me to design social media content, event branding, ads, and Pitch Decks.
Consulting
Listen and learn. Life is about listening to those around you and finding a solution together. I strive in collaborating with a team and providing solutions to any issues at hand.

ABOUT ME
My name is Roxanne and I'm a Sports Business and Strategic Marketing professional in Toronto looking to make a difference and change the way business is done both on and off the field.
As a professional, I have worked with many organizations, including MKTG, Community Agency, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment; their professional sports teams, and their partners to develop digital marketing strategies, manage client relationships, conduct outreach, valuations, and presentations, create and edit legal contracts, plan and assist with events, commercials, promotional nights, contesting, research, and so much more.
As an academic, I recently completed the Sport and Event Marketing Postgraduate at George Brown College. In 2018, I graduated from York University with an Honours BA in Business and Society, with a focus on Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. I will have published academic work through York University on the effects that social media has had on the Black Lives Matter movement.
I'm looking to break the glass ceiling that many women and BIPOC face in the Sports Business industry; to change the game, if you will.
